About Our Education Program

Due to the on-going economic and financial crisis that caused a 98% devaluation of Lebanese currency, enrolment in Lebanon educational institutions for youth (age 15-21) has dropped from 60% to 43% in 1 year alone (2021-2022).  Source

Parents are unable to pay for tuition costs, books, and school transportation as these costs are now incurred in US dollars, yet salaries are paid in local currency.

Our Education Program supports Lebanese families to pay for education expenses and to keep secondary and university level students enrolled in schools.

We provide Cash funds directly to schools’ administration on behalf of parents or adult students to subsidize education expenses.
